Remote Computer Tune Up - $75

Windows XP and Vista only. Requires a broadband internet connection. Your computer must be stable enough for us to connect and complete the necessary tasks.

Is your computer running slow? Afraid you have a virus? Your computer needs a tune up. Like any machine, your computer needs routine maintenance to keep it running smoothly. Without this maintenance your computer's performance will continually decrease. This service is a preventative service. If you are already experiencing severe issues such as frequent os crashes, malfunctioning programs, etc. you will need to start with our Remote Diagnostic Service.

What is included?

We will connect remotely to your computer (no need to pack up your computer or pay for an expensive onsite visit) and perform the following tasks:

• Update your operating system with the most recent updates to protect against security threats
• Hard drive clean up and defrag
• Adjustment of operating system settings for faster performance
• Check installed anti-virus and security software to ensure it is up to date
• Perform an online scan to ensure you are clean of existing virus, malware, trojan horses, etc.
