How do I change my password?

You can change your password using either Webmail or MailAdmin. Instructions for changing your password via Webmail are included in the setup guide.

How can I control spam?

There are many controls available in MailAdmin for managing spam, however, by default the spam filter is not enabled. The tools available include a white list and black list. You can control how spam is handled such as deleting spam, moving spam to another folder or marking the title and delivering the spam message. You can also control the sensitivity of the spam filter.

How do I log in to MailAdmin?

You log in to MailAdmin using the same username and password as you use to access your mailbox.
