Let me tell you how I ended up using Steve Butler as my real estate agent in Idaho Falls.
I am getting ready to retire and I wanted to leave the southern Nevada area and move to a place with trees that weren't imported from somewhere else. Remember, southern Nevada is a desert. I started looking for desireable area on the internet and settled on Southeast Idaho.
The next step was to look for a house and to get an idea of property values in the area. When I started looking for web sites that allowed you to have access to MLS listings, they all wanted you to "sign-up" for something or some reason. I didn't want to be bothered by that "hassle" or to sign up just to take a look.
Quite by accident I found Steve Butler's web site and the welcome mat was out. There was no sign-in or sign-up. The web site was so very easy to navigate and met all my needs. As a result, I decided that if I found a property on that site, I would use Steve Butler.
As a matter of fact, the first words out of my mouth, when I first met Steve were, "...thank you for the very nice web site, I really appreciate it." Since then, Steve has worked with me for several months to find the right property and has submitted an offer (on our behalf) on a very nice $400,000 horse property.
My thanks to you and Steve for providing the best and easiest web site access to the MLS that I've come across. Without that web site, I probably would have just moved on.
