Jarom Manwaring
General Manager
Jarom founded Manwaring Web Solutions in the basement of his home in 2000. Prior to managing Manwaring Web Solutions full time, Jarom worked for Hewlett-Packard for twelve years, the last six as a Global Training Program Manager. While at Hewlett-Packard Jarom gained valuable experience in project and program management, managing global vendors, leading cross-organizational teams and effectively communicating with company executives. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Kansas State University.
When not at work Jarom is actively involved with his family and church. He enjoys watching his four kids in their musical/dance performances and sporting events and tries not to miss any of them. Jarom loves to travel, barbecue, hike and play tennis and golf.
Brad Steiner
Lead Developer
Brad started with Manwaring Web in 2008 as an intern and eventually was offered a position as a lead developer in 2009 after receiving a Bachelors degree in Information Technology with an emphasis in programming/analysis from BYU-Idaho. Brad’s daily responsibilities include developing and implementing new features to Manwaring Web’s flagship ecommerce software and doing routine maintenance on customer’s web sites.
In his free time, Brad likes to draw. He has done pencil and other media since middle school and especially likes drawing pencil portraits. Another of his favorite pastimes is dancing specializing in clogging. He toured with BYU-Idaho's dance team to Kansas/Nebraska, Peru/Ecuador, Florida/Georgia, and Ontario/Quebec. He still enjoys all types of dancing - ballroom, clogging, tap, and Irish hardshoe.
Robert Marinson
Senior Developer
Robert currently works as one of our skilled .NET developers in the Idaho Falls office. In 2008, Robert received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Neumont University in South Jordan, Utah. At Neumont, he was able to work with real world companies working on real world projects in an 8 to 5 environment. Robert enjoys the challenges of the programming world. Before moving to Manwaring Web Solutions, Robert worked at ClearPlay in Salt Lake City.
When he is off the clock, Robert has a passion for high performance engines and vehicles. He co-founded Thunder Custom Auto where they specialize in building high performance engines and ground up builds. In his free time, he also has a passion for traveling and participating in others’ cultures.
Blake Smith
Technical Support / Project Lead
Blake has provided technical support for over 7 years for companies such as IBM, Lucent Technologies, Lincoln Financial Group, and Johnson & Johnson. He has also worked as a contract web designer on numerous sites and received his degree in web development.
Blake is currently the Technical Support and Project Lead at Manwaring Web. He is in charge of making sure that all support related items are taken care of in a timely and professional manner. He is also responsible for making sure that all web projects are completed and ready to deploy on schedule.
Blake has been married since 2006 and has 2 daughters. He likes all kinds of sports, especially soccer, although he doesn't get to play as often as he would like.
Justin Moses
Marketing / Creative Lead
Justin has over ten years of experience as a web and user experience designer. He has worked on projects for companies such as Vegas.com, Intel, HP, and Novell just to name a few. He has held such positions as Lead User Experience Designer and Interactive Creative Director. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from Utah State University.
Justin is in charge of design and sales at Manwaring Web. He meets with clients to discuss design preferences and business objectives and then develops concepts for their websites. His goal is to design a beautiful and effective site within a manageable budget.
Some of Justin’s “likes” include tech gadgets, cheesecake, spending time with friends, road trips, scary movies, all types of music, and making people laugh.
