Jarom Manwaring
The company was founded and is managed by Jarom Manwaring.
Jarom holds a BS in Business Administration from Kansas State University and an Associates Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
Prior to managing Manwaring Web Solutions full time Jarom worked for Hewlett-Packard for twelve years, the last six as a global Training Program Manager responsible for the LaserJet support and service curriculum. While at Hewlett-Packard Jarom gained valuable experience in project and program management, managing global vendors, leading cross-organizational teams and effectively communicating with company executives.
While at Hewlett-Packard Jarom was awarded with two Innovation Awards by the Center of Expertise for Technical Development and was named a 2001 HP Services MVP.
Jarom takes pride in his ability to apply creative approaches and new technologies to solve business problems. While at HP Jarom conceived, pitched and managed HP's first Training Studio - utilizing instructional technologies and leading edge video streaming to create engaging and effective learning solutions while minimizing travel costs. This training approach has proven to be effective and cost efficient and HP continues to increase their investment in this training method.
Jarom continues to apply his creativity and technical knack to solve his client's problems from developing a custom web based medical billing and documentation system, custom shopping applications to integrating web applications with back end processes and systems.
