Accessing Your Email Using the Web Client

You can use the Greatmail Web Client to check your email from any computer, at any time. To access the client, go to http://webmail.yourdomainname

Substitute your actual domain name. For example: http://webmail.manwaringweb.com

Use your entire email address as the "User name" and enter your password.

If you were assigned a default password, you can change your
password after you login. To do so, click on "PREFERENCES"
on the menu bar.

At the bottom of the "PREFERENCES" screen, enter your old password in the "OldPassword" field; enter your new password in the "NewPassword" and "NewPasswordAgain" fields and click the "Change Password " button.

Accessing Your Email Using a POP3 Client

You can also access your email using any POP3 mail client such as Eudora, Outlook Express, etc. Below are some basic instructions
for Outlook Express 6. If you need further assistance you can
contact us or your ISP.

After opening Outlook Express. Go to "Tools" and then "Accounts"
using the menu bar.

In the new window that appears. Select "Add"
and then "Mail"

Enter your name. This is what will appear on the "From" line when
people receive mail from you. Then click "Next".

Enter your entire email address. Then click "Next".

Leave the drop down list at "POP3", which should be the default. For the incoming mail server use mail.yourdomainname

For example: mail.manwaringweb.com

It is recommended that you use the outgoing mail server provided by your Internet Service Provider. You can contact your ISP if you're not sure what it is.

Then click "Next"

In the Account name field enter your entire email address. Enter your password in the Password field. Then click "Next".

Some ISPs requires authentication for outgoing mail, or if you are using our outgoing mail server, we also require authentication. If you are using your ISP's outgoing mail server, and they don't require authentication, click "Close" and your setup is complete. Otherwise, continue below.

Highlight your account and click "Properties"

In the new window that opens, click on the "Servers" tab.
Check the "My server requires authentication" box.
Then click the "Settings..." button.

If you are using our outgoing mail server, click the "Use same settings as my incoming mail server".

OR

If you are using your ISP's outgoing mail server click the "Log on using" radio button. Enter the Account name and Password assigned by your ISP. This should be the same Account name and Password you use when
